Why do you claim that USA will sink under the water, while Almighty has promised to Noah that there will not be a second deluge again on earth?!
The answer to the Jews who justify by the above mentioned their sticking to the Gentiles in their countries!
The answer also deals with the Gentiles.

1) The Jews who rebel against Almighty's command to live in the Holy Land in Israel…
Are "stupid enough", "arrogant enough": to claim that "in the Torah Hashem promised that he would not destroy the earth with another flood!"…
2) Anyone (of the Jews) who keeps on living in the Diaspora: will not survive in the coming up redemption!
Better they will remember the Holocaust:
Jews in Europe before the Holocaust also persecuted those few who tried to warn them to leave the Diaspora before the coming up disaster, claiming false reasons like "Almighty promised…" etc!
The Jews had to learn from the Holocaust: our place in Zion, Israel!
Not to run away from one Galut (Diaspora) to another!
Especially that now the Jews have a state!
Any Jew who lives in Galut will be sentenced in "Beit Din Shamaim" (Court of Heaven), where his soul will be ashamed to tell fairy tales explaining his remaining in the Diaspora!
The Rambam (Maimonides) and other Holy Rabbis warned: it's a sin for a Jew to live in the Galut!!
3) Now to those who rebel and keep on living in the Galut, and arrogantly claim "Hashem promised that he would not destroy the earth with another deluge!"…
The answer is
a) In Bereshit (Genesis) chapter 9 verse 11
| "And I will establish My covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of the flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth." |
Almighty has promised that there will not be another flood that will destroy the whole earth, which means totally destroying the population of earth.
If in USA and Canada, about 120 million people will die in series of floods and other disasters, it means that compare to 7 billion people in the world now, "only" less than 2 percentof the earth population will be liquidated!
Like it already happened in Sodom and Gomorra, where "only" one city was totally destroyed with the whole population!
There will not be a total loss like in time of Noah, when only one family was left!
b) In Bereshit (Genesis) chapter 9 verse 15
"that I will remember My covenant, which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh." |
Almighty has promised that there will not be a flood that will liquidates "all flesh": but Almighty hasn't mentioned about the annihilation of the part of the earth population!
Two percent of the earth population is not a "total destruction" of "all flesh" on earth!...
c) In Vaikra (Leviticus) chapter 26, and in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 28, Almighty warns us:
{3} If ye walk in My statutes, and keep My commandments, and do them; {4} then I will give your rains in their season, and the land shall yield her produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit…
{14} But if ye will not hearken unto Me, and will not do all these commandments; {15} and if ye shall reject My statutes, and if your soul abhor Mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all My commandments, but break My covenant; {16} I also will do this unto you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall make the eyes to fail, and the soul to languish; and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it….

{1} And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Almighty, to observe to do all His commandments which I command thee this day, that the Almighty will set thee on high above all the nations of the earth. {2} And all these blessings shall come upon thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Almighty. 3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field…
{15} But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Almighty, to observe to do all His commandments and His statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee. {16} Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field. {17} Cursed shall be thy basket and thy kneading-trough… (Devarim 28) |
If you'll follow my commandments, then you'll be blessed (detailed)…
But if you will not follow them, then there is also a detailed list of disasters and curses!!
Only for the sin and the rebel against Almighty by living in the Diaspora, it is enough to punish those Jews – as was 75 years ago in the Holocaust in Europe!
Also those 80% of the Jews, who remained in ancient Egypt and didn't follow Moses to the Holy Land, were completely annihilated!
d) For "Yom Hadin" and "Gog and Magog" war, Prophet Zecharia chapter 13 verses 8, and 9 – Almighty "promises" that 2/3 of the whole world population will be liquidated!!
{8} And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Almighty, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. {9} And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried; they shall call on My name, and I will answer them; I will say: 'It is My people', and they shall say: 'The Almighty is our God.' {P} |
Even from the 1/3 who will be left, Almighty still will examine and will clean and reduce the numbers of those who will survive!
Therefore only few percents of the world population will live in time of Moshiach!
e) Prophet Daniel chapter 12 verse 1 "promises" (about Moshiach generation) that "there will be a trouble that has never been before till then"!!
| "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince who standeth for the children of thy people; and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time; and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book." |
Which means, that the disasters ahead will be worse than the Holocaust, worse than the destruction of 1st , 2nd temple, etc!
This is "Yom Hashem Hagadol Vehanora" (Doomsday) = Almighty's day, the horrible and awesome day!
f) In the era of Noah, Almighty saw the wickedness of men, and their negative thoughts – Genesis chapter 6 verse 5.
Almighty was even sorry he created men!

Stupid persons along history persecuted the prophets whom Almighty has sent to warn them!
Stupid people liked the lie prophets like nowadays false prophets, who promise "Don't worry!... Everything is going to be Good!... No one is going to die in Gog and Magog war, because it has already occurred in the past"… etc!
Almighty Doesn't like Jews who stay in Galut. If they will stay there, they will soon vanish in the nature disasters that will come as a punishment to the Gentiles.
They will also suffer from violent anti-Semitism, even worse than has taken place in Germany 1939!
Only if the Gentiles will follow Almighty commandments of Moses Bible, then they will survive!
Actually, the Gentiles should convert to Judaism, if they want to survive!
